I go to gas company there easy to pay bills

The wide atmosphere just need a shopping grocery store back there

The Appletree has made a great transformation from the old mall into a place housing a variety of businesses. I was there for Spectrum and it was very convenient

Nice work place some stores but mostly offices

Clean walking environment amongst many businesses.

Accessible, clean and nice. Mostly full of private businesses with a couple of places to shop and a really nice cafe. It's great for employees of the business and has lots of parking.

Just stopped to visit

Nice rest area with facilities on I-80.

A lot of open space

Our credit union extended their hours and the cafe added a lovely coffee shop.

A good place to have lunch at a low, and reasonable price.

New place of employment... we shall see. Lol

Awesome food and service and real pork fried rice not yellow Spanish rice like most of the other Chinese restaurants.

It's a decent buffet for the price!

Clean environment,great little spot to eat lunch and great enough place to walk get exercise pay has bill at national fuel and other businesses to include banking

Would be 5 if the management was more creative with their massive underutilized parking lot. Would be a great location for a car show/cruise night, and Saturday AM farmers market. Suggested that to the management, but they wanted to hear none of that.

This is a spacious business park. The cafe inside is exceptionally good. The staff, food and atmosphere are great! The staff is friendly and very accomodating. The food is really good. Very nice variety of everything. Coffee is freshly made. The atmosphere is very comfortable, plenty of light. Nice place for breakfast and/or lunch.

Visited the gas company,like to go there it's free parking and the gas company is always have fast service.

My child attends Carousel Academy located in the business park, which we love. The deli is also great, but be warned the deli is cash only!

Brings back memories.Several businesses and a restaurant inside this mall complex.Very cool water fountain in the center of the mall.

Very beautiful setup inside at front entrance and everyone working there was extremely helpful and nice...I was in attendance to do an event here and would suggest others to schedule this as a possible venue for businesses. The only thing i would say that needed to be better was having more signs to indicate where to go for attendees of the event scheduled there.

Banking business, not exciting but the people are nice.

Nice, clean, quiet, new looking. However, this was one of those areas that doesn't have clearly visible signs and labels. I felt as though I were trying to solve a riddle. When you have a scheduled appointment, you don't have time to play games.

Great day for shopping

Previously Como Mall and then AppleTree Mall, this business park has many businesses under one roof.My visits involve utilizing the AppleTree Transit Center to access Downtown Buffalo, about a fifteen minute ride by an express bus service during rush hours. Excellent weekday service every 30-60 minutes during the daytime, and a special trip heading to downtown late evenings for late workers.

Went to empire state college for a training and while there walked through the beautiful building. There's a little food area and a beautiful fountain csn sit by. Very nice area for sure and college seems so nice and friendly

It's actually the Como Mall and they are not in the apple tree business, so it's doubly confusing. I could not find the $1.50 movie theaters, Hens and Kelly, Service Merchandise, Woolworths, Shopper's Choice, or Your Host restaurant last time I was there...???

Neat, tidy, indoor and has so much to offer. I have my taxes done at Buffalo Financial Group with Tim Hoag every year. I am amazed at the variety of offices and love the deli. Great place to get your walking steps in. Large corridors with a beautiful fountain! Feels like you've entered a peaceful, safe and clean environment! Thanks Appletree!

Had to go to spectrum 3 times and finally got what was needed

Neat place, many wonders within. Actually not very many. Basically you need an access pass for the wonders. No public bathrooms. Maybe in the deli, though. I'm not sure.
